Biography
After his naval service he was the Vice-President of the R.T. French Co. at Rochester NY USA (Wholesale foods). He retired in 1985.

He was appointed as a Probationary Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 09/11/1942). He served in HMCS Kings (Officer Training Establishment) 1942. He served in HMC ML-053 as First Lieutenant 1943. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 09/11/1943). He served in HMC MTB-464 as First Lieutenant 1944. He served in HMC MTB-464 (In temporary command) 1944. He served in HMC MTB-466 (In command) 1945. He served in HMCS Stadacona as Additional 1945. He served in HMCS Discovery 1945. He served in HMCS Donnacona. (He was demobilized on 27/12/1945.) (He received a Commendation 29/07/1943).
