Biography
He was a seaman and gas engineer at the time of his recruitment into the navy. In 1918 he was living in Victoria BC.

 

Military Service
He was appointed asa Ordinary Seaman RNCVR. He was appointed as an Able-Seaman RNCVR. (He was demobilized).
