Biography
He was a student at Queen's University before his First World War service. He was a medical doctor in 1941.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Probationary Flight Sub-Lieutenant RNAS (With seniority dated 07/02/1917). He went overseas on 27/03/1917. He served in the Mediterranean area in 1918. He returned to England in 06/1919. He returned to Canada in 08/1919. (He was demobilized as a Sub-Lieutenant RNVR in 1919.) He commanded HM ML-246 1919-20. (He was released.)
