Biography
He was the brother of Ed Arvisais. After his naval service he worked with Air Material Command at RCAF Rockcliffe. He joined Sperry Gyroscope 1961-1963. He then joined Canadian Overseas Telecommunications Corp. 1963-1966. He joined the British American Oil Co. in the Computation and Communication Department 1966-1976. He then joined Teleglobe Canada 1976-1994. (He retired on 30/06/1994.)
 
Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1951. In 1951 he served in HMCS Carleton for UNTD. (Transferred to RCN). He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (L) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1954). He served in HMCS Carleton for ROTP 1954. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (L) RCN (With seniority dated 01/06/1957). He served in HMCS Donnacona 1957. He served in HMCS Stadacona for Long Electrical Course 1957. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (L) RCN (With seniority dated 01/05/1958). He served in H.M.S. Ariel for Air Electrical Training 1958. He served in HMCS Shearwater for VF-871 Squadron as Squadron Air Electrical Officer 1958. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (L) RCN (With seniority dated11/02/1959). He served in HMCS Shearwater for VF-870 Squadron as Assistant Air Electrical Officer 1959. He served in HMCS Shearwater for HS-50 Squadron as Air Electrical Officer 1959. (He was released on 19/05/1960.)
