Biography
He served in the Canadian Protective Service and the Royal Canadian Mouted Police Marine Division beforeand after his naval service.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as an A/Skipper (Temp.) RCNR. (Mobilized for World War Two service 08/09/1939). He was appointed as a Skipper (Temp.) RCNR. He was appointed as a Skipper Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNR (With seniority dated 14/11/1942) (Later backdated to 14/11/1941). He served in HMCS Protector for Barge No. 6 (In command) 1942. He served in HMCS Dundalk (in command) 1943-45. He served in HMCS Laurier (In command) 1945. (He was demobilized.)
