Biography
He was the brother of Robert Bailey. He was President of London Motor Products, and a Past Chairman of the Canadian Automobile Associates Mid Western Ontario Club

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 02/01/1951). He served in HMCS Prevost for UNTD 1950-1953. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (S) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1953) In 1953 he served in HMCS Prevost. (He was released.)
