Biography
He retired in 1996 after sixteen years as a member and vice-chairman of the Ontario Municipal Board following twenty years in the practice of Law in Georgetown, Ontario.

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 15/01/1950). He served in HMCS York for UNTD 1949-1951. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (CND) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 15/05/1954). (He was released.) (He was qualified with a Watchkeeping Certificate.)
