Biography
His home was in Vancouver BC where he was a law student at the time of his recruitment.
 
Military Service
He went overseas with the 67th Battalion CEF 05/1916. He was seconded to the Royal Flying Corps 04/08/1916. He served in #16 Squadron 12/01/1917 - 02/07/1917. He was appointed as an instructor at the School of Military Aeronautics and Flying 12/1917. He served in #89 and #90 Canadian Training Squadrons 1917. He returned to England 15/07/1918. He served in #44 Training Depot Station. He served in #1 Canadian Squadron 29/11/1918. He served in #1 (Training) Group 13/01/1919. He served in Lymphe 14/02/1919. He served in #30 Training Depot Station 01/03/1919. (He was discharged as a Captain (RFC) 06/1919.)
