Biography
He emigrated to Canada in 1948 and ended up at OAC for the Fall1950 school year, joining the UNTD at that time while living in nearby Acton. He graduated from OAC in the spring of 1954 with a BSA.
 
Military Service
He enlisted in the RN in 1944, served on LSTs, Algerine Minesweepers and finally on the Carrier HMS Glory in the Pacific. In his medal array is the Italy Star and the Burma Star. While in HMS Glory, post-war, he did train the future crew of HMCS Magnificent. (He was released.) He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1950. He served in HMCS Star for UNTD 1950. (He was released.)
