Military Service |

He was appointed as a Probationary Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS (With seniority dated 1915) in Ottawa, 1 May 1916. Took part in a submarine attack at Felixstowe in 1917. He left the service 11 /09/1918 as he did not wish to be absorbed in the RAF. |
