Biography
He was the son of Lieutenant-Commander Jack Neville Bathurst RCN and brother of Lieutenant-Commander David Bathurst RCN. He was living in Brooklyn NY at the time of his recruitment into the navy. After his naval service he pursued a career in banking with the Bank of Montreal. In 2011-2013 he was Vice President & Regional Director Private Wealth Group, BMO Harris Private Banking, Vancouver BC.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1966. He served in HMCS Cataraqui for UNTD 1966-1968. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training 1967. He served in HMCS Malahat for Training 1968. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1968. (He was released.)
