Biography
He was the second son of the 4th Earl of Berkeley. Lord High Admiral of Portugal. Surveyor General of Ordnance 1789-95. He was present at Battle of Ushant 1778. His daughter Georgina Mary Berkeley married Admiral The Honorable Sir George F. Seymour RN)
