His home was in Montreal QC where he worked as a travelling salesman.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Probationary Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS (With seniority dated 19/04/1917). He served in RNAS Manstone (under instruction) 18/09/1917 - 18/12/1917. He was appointed as Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS.He served in #61 Wing 18/06/1918 He served in #217 Squadron 18/09/1918 - 18/12/1918. He served in #233 Squadron 15/03/1919 when he applied for CAF commission. (He was demobilized.)
