Biography
He was living in Niagara Falls ON Canada at the time of his recruitment. He held US Aviator's Certificate No. 403.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Probationary Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS (With seniority dated 1915). On 03/05/1916, he served in the first planned flying course at RNAS Windermere. He was appointed as Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS. He served in RNAS Gibraltar. He was attached to the Royal Navy Torpedo School in Malta. (He was killed on June 11, 1917 in a flying accident in Malta.)
