He joined the RNCVR from the 1st Depot Battalion, 2nd Central Ontario Regiment, Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF) on 22 July 1918 when he was passed as medically fit to enlist. (Transferred to RNCVR) He was appointed as a Mate RNCVR. He served in HMCS Niobe as Additional 1918. (He was demobilized.) |
