Biography
He was a seaman at the time of his recruitment into the navy. He was the son of William Henry Breen and Mary Jane Spears. He was the brother of James Irvin Breen and Samuel Gordon Breen.

 

Military Service
On May 1918 he enlisted in the RNCVR for First World War services. (He was demobilized).
