Biography
After his naval service he joined the Department of Industry Trade and Commerce as a Trade Commissioner 1972. Retired 01/06/1985. He joined Litton Systems Canada Ltd. in 1985. President of the Canadian Industrial Benefits Association (later the Industrial Benefits Association of Canada 1986.

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet RCN (With seniority dated 20/08/1944). He served in the Royal Roads (RCNC) 1944. He was appointed as a Midshipman RCN (With seniority dated 03/07/1946).
