Biography |

After his naval training he returned to the University of Toronto in 1945, finishing his Engineering and Business Degree in 1948. His professional career was with Procter & Gamble for 37 years, as Manager, Professional & Regulatory Services, Product Development. During that time he served on the Metric Commission Canada, the Canadian Manufacturers Association, the Canadian Packaging Association, Canadian Grocers Association, and the International Joint Commission for the Great Lakes Waterways, which he co-chaired. |

He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCNVR. In 1943 he served in HMCS York for UNTD. He served in HMCS King's (Officer Training Establishment) for Training. (CFR) He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R). (He was released.) |
