Biography
After his naval service he joined the Nova Scotia Government as a Computer Services Officer 1977-91. He retired again on 31/12/1991.

He was appointed as a Gunner (Royal Canadian Artillery). He was trained as a Mechanical Draftsman. (Discharged (Underage) 01/04/1946) (Transferred to RCN). Condor for Artificer Training (Instrument/Electrical). He served in H.M.S. Ariel for Artificer Training (Instrument/Electrical). He was appointed as a Leading Seaman RCN. He was appointed as a Petty Officer Second Class RCN. He was appointed as a Petty Officer First Class RCN. He was appointed as a Chief Petty Officer Second Class RCN. He served in HMCS Stadacona for Academic Division as Instructor 1962. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (LD) RCN (With seniority dated 01/01/1965). He served in HMCS Shearwater for School of Naval Aircraft Maintenance as Electrical Training Officer. He served in CFB Shearwater for HU-21 Squadron as Electrical Officer. He was appointed as a Captain (AERE) (CF). He served in CFB Shearwater as Base Avionics Officer. He served in CFB Shearwater as Air Maintenance Control and Records Officer. He served in MARCOM HQ as SOCP2 (Computer Programmer). (He was retired 01/09/1977.)
