Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/19670). He served in the McGill University ROTP 1967. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (MARS) (With seniority dated 01/06/1971). He served in HMCS Restigouche for Watchkeeping Training 1971. CFB Esquimalt for Training 1971. He served in HMCS Fraser for Training and as Deck Officer 1972. He served in HMCS Saskatchewan as Assistant Weapons Officer 1973. He served in HMCS Margaree as Assistant Weapons Officer 1973. He served in HMCS Preserver as Action Information Officer 1975. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (MARS) (With seniority dated 01/05/1974).
