He was living in Hudson Heights QC at the time of his recruitment. He was appointed as the Assistant Deputy Minister - Regulatory Affairs - Privy Council Office. He was appointed as the Executive Director - Food Prices Review Board. He was appointed as the Executive Director - Intelligence Assessment Secretariat, Privy Council Office. He was appointed as the Head - Neilsen Task Force Regulatory Review. He was appointed as the President - Diplomats' Association of Madrid. He was appointed as the President - Canadian Association for Security and Intelligence Studies.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1961. In 1961-1964 he served in HMCS Cataraqui for UNTD. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1964. (He was released.)
