Biography
He was an educator and University Dean. He received his post primary education at Prince of Wales College, University of Toronto and at the University of Alberta during the course of obtaining a BA, MA and PhD. ). In 1969 he taught at the University of PEI and in 1977 was Dean of Education at the University.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 02/01/1951). He served in HMCS Queen Charlotte fror UNTD 1950-1951. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (SB) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1953). In 1953 he served in HMCS York. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (SB) (CND) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1955). In 1955 he served in HMCS York. (He was released.)
