Biography
In 2010 he was appointed as the Director of the Maritime Museum of British Columbia, resigning after a short period.

 

Military Service

In 1976 he was appointed as an Officer Cadet (NR). In 1976-1977 he served in HMCS for ROUTP. In 1976 he served in the ROUTP for NROC (Esquimalt) for Training. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (NR). (transferred to regular force) He was appointed as a Lieutenant (N) (CF). In 1983 he specialized as a Public Affairs Officer (PAO). He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (PAFF). He was appointed as a Commander (PAFF). He was appointed as a Captain (N) (PAFF) 2001. He served in NDHQ as Director Canadian Forces Public Affairs Operations 2001. He served as Defence Attache to Poland and was cross-accredited to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia 2003. He served in NDHQ as Director of Peacekeeping Policy 2007. (He retired in 2008.)
