Biography
He taught for a year at the London School of Economics and eventually read law at Oxford University (Merton). After articling in Vancouver, he established a successful legal and business career in that city in the late 1960s and 1970s.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 02/01/1957). He served in HMCS Malahat for UNTD 1956-1958. (He was released.)
