Biography
He was trained in the Hudson's Bay Company. He worked with Transport Canada and Canada Veterans Affairs. He was elected as the the Member of Parliament for Grand Falls-White Bay-Labrador from 1966-1968.

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (S) (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 21/03/1950). He served in HMCS Cabot for UNTD 1949-1951. (He was released.)
