Biography
After his naval service he became Assistant Comptroller General for Province of BC. Appointed Executive Director Treasury Board Staff and Director BC Purchasing Commission 1980. In 1986 he was President of Wheel Ease Reference Corp. Then he was Senior Associate of First Washington Associates International Consultants.
