Biography
He graduated from Dartmouth High in 1950, and earned his P. Eng. at Mount Allison University and Nova Scotia Tech. in 1959, with distinction. He was a mining engineer at INCO, then an executive with Aerofall Mills. He was a real estate agent in Victoria BC.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1952. He served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD. (He was released.)
