Biography
He came to Canada with his parents in 1907. He was a machinist's helper at the time of his recruitment into the navy. After his naval service he was a farmer and also a fireman with the Canadian National Railway in Saskatchewan Canada.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Stoker RNCVR. He served in HMCS Niobe. (He was demobilized).
