Biography
He attended Dalhousie University Law School. He was qualified as a lawyer. He articled in Calgary AB. He practised law in Edmonton AB for almost 50 years, mostly as a sole practitioner.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1954. In 1954-1956 he served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD. In 1957 he served in HMCS Nonsuch for UNTD. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieuetnant (S) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/07/1957). (He was released.)
