Biography
In early years he moved to Winnipeg and later graduated in engineering from the University of Manitoba. Then he came east to Hamilton, joining Procter and Gamble. He worked for them in various locations for 37 years. He received his MBA from McMaster University.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1951. He served in HMCS Chippawa for UNTD 1951-1953. He was appointed as A/Ordnance Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/06/1953). In 1953 he served in HMCS Chippawa. (He was released.)

Anecdotes
He was a Charter Member of the UNTD Association of Upper Canada, when it formed in 1988. At that time he was living in central Toronto.
