Biography
After his naval service he worked with the BC Bureau of Economics and Statistics as an economist 1968. He was the Research Planning Officer with the City of Victoria 1969-71. He was appointed as the Administrative Assistant to the Municipal Manager City of Victoria 1971-76. He was appointed as the Deputy City Manager & City Clerk City of Victoria 1976-87. He was appointed as the City Manager of the City of Victoria BC 1988. He was retired.
