He was living in Montreal QC at the time of his recruitment into the navy. He graduated with a Master of Engineering (Water Resources & Engineering Econ. Planning.) In 1964-1966 he served as a Civil Engineer (design and construction), Montreal Engineering Co. Ltd. In 1968-1972 he served as a Research Officer, Canadian Transport Commission. In 1972-1976 he served as Chief, Methodology and Forecasting, Can. Transport Commission. In 1976-1981 he served as Director, Passenger and Aviation Economics, Canadian Transport Commission. In 1981-1983 he served as Associate Executive Director, Research Branch, Canadian Transport Commission. In 1983-1988 he served as Executive Director, Water Transport Committee, Canadian Transport Commission. In 1988-1996 he served as Director, Economic Evaluation, Transport Canada. In 1996-1998 he served as Manager, Economic Analysis, NAVCANADA. In 1998-2000 he served as Team Leader, CIDA Infrastructure Services Project in Indonesia, Hickling Corp. In 2000-2015 he served as Consultant, Eric Culley and Associates. |
