Biography
After his naval sevice he served as the Director of Ships Branch in the Department of Fisheries and Oceans 1981-88.

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet RNVR 1943. He served in H.M.S. King Alfred For Training 1943. He was appointed as a Midshipman (Temp.) RNVR 1944. He served in HMCS Londonderry in Spare Crew.
