After his naval service he was reputed to have become a restauranteur in Toronto ON (family business).
 
Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1966. He served in HMCS York for UNTD 1966-1967. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training 1967. (He was released 1967.)
