Biography
His hometown is reported to have been Montreal QC (St. Claire) at the time of his recruitment. He graduated from Sir George Williams University (Concordia University). He was a public relations and advertising consultant. H ewas Director of Policy and Communications for Elections Nova Scotia.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 1963). He served in HMCS Donnacona 1963-1964. He served in HMCS Kootenay 1965. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (RCN(R)) 1965. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (RCN(R)).In 1966 he served in HMCS Cornwallis on UNTD Training Staff. In 1967 he served as Term Lieutenant for logistics duties at EXPO '67. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (RCN(R)). (He was released 1974.)
