Biography
After his naval service he joined Eastern Provincial Airways as Duty Operations Manager. After his EPA service he rejoined Canadian Forces 01/04/1986 for Class C Reserve. CFB Shearwater as Executive Assistant to the Base Commander 1986. (He retired again 01/01/1988.) After his naval service he joined Air Nova as Systems Control Supervisor. Emigrated to USA 01/10/1990. Now Vice-President Corporate Sales and Public Relations with Abbot & Hill Travel Charleston SC.
 
Military Service
(Short Service Appointment). He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 03/09/1957). He served in HMCS Venture (Officer Training Establishment) for Training 1957. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1959). He served in RCAF Centralia for Primary Flying Training 1959. He served in RCAF Penhold for Advanced Flying Training 1959. Received Wings 15/09/1960. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1959). He served in HMCS Naden for VU-33 Squadron as Executive officer 1967. He served in MARCOM HQ as Staff Officer (Training) 1971. He served On Exchange With USN 1974. He served in USNAS Cecil Field FL for VS-28 and VA-45 USN Squadrons Squadron 1974. He served in USNAS North Island CA for VS-41 Squadron, USS America for USN Carrier Air Wing 6. He served in CFB Halifax for Canadian Maritime Warfare School as Instructor 1977. He was appointed as a MAJ (PLT) (With seniority dated 01/01/1979). He was appointed as a CFB Shearwater for MR 880 Squadron as Flight Commander 1980. He served in CFB Shearwater for MR 880 Squadron as Deputy Commanding officer. He served in CFB Shearwater as Deputy Base Operations Officer 1981. He served in CFB Shearwater as Base Operations Officer 1988. (He retired 01/08/1984.)
