He is a former President of both Carleton University (for seven years) and The University of Winnipeg (for eight years) and served previously as Dean of Education at the University of Saskatchewan and Assistant Director of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, as well as Deputy Director of the University Council for Educational Administration in the U.S. He was Chairman - Canadian Bureau for International Education. He served as Dean - College of Education - University of Saskatchewan - Saskatoon. He served as President and Vice-Chancellor - Carleton University - Ottawa, ON. He served as President and Vice-Chancellor - University of Winnipeg. He served as Professor Emeritus - Public Policy and Administration - Carleton University. |
