Biography
He was the son of the Canadian Ambassador to Mexico and attended the University of Kings College (Halifax NS) in 1964-1969.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1964. He served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD 1964-1965. (He was released 1968.)
