Biography
After his naval service he worked in public service until full retirement in the early 1990s.

 

Military Service

(Short Service Appointment). He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 12/09/1954). He served in HMCS Venture (Officer Training Establishment) for Training 1954. He was appointed as a Midshipman (SSA) RCN 01/09/1956. He served in NHQ for Pilot Training at RCAF Station Penhold 1956. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN 01/03/1958. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (P) (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 01/03/1958). He served in HMCS Shearwater for VF-871 Squadron as Pilot 1958. He served in HMCS Shearwater for VF-870 Squadron 1959. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) (SSA) RCN 01/08/1960. He served in HMCS Shearwater for VU-32 Squadron as Pilot 1962. He served in HMCS Shearwater as Base Operations officer 1967. He served in HMCS Shearwater for VS-880 Squadron 1970. (He was released.)
