He was the son of David Ford, formerly Postmaster at Duncan BC. He was employed by Pemberton & Son Real Estate Co. at the time of his recruitment into the navy. After his naval service he lived in Victoria BC. He was the father of Commander Alan Geoffrey Ford RCN and the cousin of Commander George R. MacFarlane RCN. |
