Biography
He was living in Ottawa ON at the time of his recruitment. He attended the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1975 and joined the law firm of Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP where he became a Partner in 1980 and practised Corporate, Banking and Natural Resource Law until his retirement in 2001.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1963. He served in HMCS York for UNTD 1963-1965. (He was released.)
