Biography
After his naval service he was a Director of the Nanaimo Centennial Committee, Vice-President of the United Way of British Columbia and a Director of the Pacific Coast Association of Port Authorities. He was elected as a Director of the Nanaimo Regional District and was a Director of the Vancouver Island Association of Municipalities. He was a Director of the Nanaimo Harbour Commission.
