Biography
He was a painter at the time of his recruitment into the navy.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman RNCVR. He was appointed as an Able Seaman RNCVR. In 1916 he served in HMCS Grilse. He was appointed as a Mate RNCVR (With seniority dated 09/03/1918). (He was demobilized.)
