Biography
After his naval service he returned to his father' logging operation at the head of Rivers Inlet BC. He later took bush flying courses in California. He moved to Galcier Bay AK to operate air charter operations. In the 1970s he became a commercial fisherman.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a AC 2/c RCAF 1944. He served in Flying Training 1944. He was Awarded Wings 1944. He was qualified as Flying Instructor 1944. (Transferred to RNVR 1945). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR 1945. He served in H.M.S. Macaw 1945. RN College Greenwich 1945. He served in H.M.S. Heron for 759 RN Squadron 1945. He served in RNAS Eglinton for 794 RN Squadron 1945. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR 1945. (He was demobilized 1946.)
