Military Service
He was appointed as an AC 2/c (Pilot Candidate) RCAF. Flying Training. He was Awarded Wings. (CFR). Pilot Officer RCAF, Released, (Transferred to RNVR). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR. He served in RNAS Arrbroath for 883 Squadron 1945. (He was demobilized.)
