Biography
He was the son of Captain Joe Gosse. In 1929 he was qualified as a Master Mariner (Passenger Coastal) #11994. He was a BC Coast Pilot. He was the Chairman of the Board British Columbia Coast Pilots 1942-1943 & 1947-1948, 1951-1952, 1955-1956, 1962-1963.
