Biography
He was living in St. Mary's ON at the time of his recruitment into the navy. He is Professor Emeritus - Department of Civil Engineering - UBC.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 1959). In 1959 he served in HMCS Star (OAC) for UNTD. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant 1962. (He was released.)
