Biography
He was the brother of Jim Harker. In 1928 he servedat Estevan Radio Station as W/T Operator.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Wireless Telegraph Operator (4th Class) RNCVR (With seniority dated 27/09/1917). In 1917-1918 he served in HMCS Rainbow for Wireless Telegraph Duty (West Coast) at Estevan Radio Station. (He was demobilized.)
