He was living in Windsor ON at the time of his recruitment. He was qualified as a mechanical engineer. He attended the University of Michigan to study Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. H ewas employed with the Detroit Edison Co. and in 1986 was the General Director of the Generation Engineering Department. (He retired in 1986.) He was a member of The Navy League of Canada and served as President of the Windsor Branch 1971-1983. |
