Biography

He attended St. Mary's University in Halifax NS. in advertising at CFCF TV, Montreal. In the 1960s, he became President of FMBJ Worldwide Advertising Agency. In the 1980s, he created and founded Helpard Publishing. He then moved to Orono, Ontario, to expand his publishing business. He was the founder and publisher of World of Wheels, Canadian Auto World, Plant & Garden, and numerous other publications.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 02/01/1957). He served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD 1956-1958. (He was released.)
